The swim spa functions either as a swimming pool in summer or as a jacuzzi in winter; there are no separate swimming pools and jacuzzis.
Outside the period from May 1 to September 30, the swim spa is heated at an additional cost.

Exterior
Located within the private domain of La Californie, this four-star furnished villa enjoys a dominant position in a quiet residential enclave with no overlooking neighbours. The property offers a wide 180-degree sea view from its elevated terraces, creating a strong sense of openness and privacy.
Fully renovated in two thousand and twenty-three, the villa benefits from new joinery, updated interiors and exteriors, redesigned outdoor spaces and the creation of a suspended terrace. The main terrace of approximately one hundred and twenty square metres is designed for outdoor living, with dining areas that accommodate up to eight guests comfortably.
Ideally positioned, the villa provides easy access to Carqueiranne, the Presqu’île de Giens, Hyères, the beaches of l’Almanarre and La Badine, as well as ferry departures to Porquerolles and Port Cros.
Pool
The swim spa measuring approximately four point seven by two point three metres serves as the villa’s swimming area in summer and as a jacuzzi during the winter months. It is included in the rental price from the first of May to the thirtieth of September.
Outside this period, the system can be heated at an additional cost. Please note that the villa features one combined swim spa and jacuzzi, not separate facilities.

- 27 June to 19 September: free of charge
- 19 September to 2 January: €350 /week
Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The ground floor features a bright, air-conditioned living room with large sliding doors opening onto the sea-facing terrace. The layout encourages fluid movement between indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for extended stays.
A separate kitchen and a glazed partition element add structure while maintaining light throughout the main living areas. A WC and a shower room complete this level.

Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) opens directly onto the terrace and enjoys a sea view.
Middle floor:
Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160x200) with sea view.

Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200), which opens onto a private, 30-square-meter terrace overlooking the sea
Bedroom 4: with bed (140x200) and a bunk bed suitable for children, also with sea view. A shower room with WC leads to the upper floor.
