From September 15 to June 15, the swim spa is heated at an additional cost.

Exterior
Located within the private domain of La Californie, this four-star furnished villa enjoys a dominant position in a quiet residential enclave with no overlooking neighbours. The property offers a wide 180-degree sea view from its suspended terraces, creating a strong sense of openness and privacy.
Fully renovated in two thousand and twenty-three, the villa benefits from new joinery, updated exteriors, redesigned outdoor spaces and the creation of a suspended terrace. The main terrace of approximately one hundred and twenty square metres is designed for outdoor living, with dining areas that accommodate up to eight guests comfortably.
Ideally positioned facing south, the villa provides easy access to Carqueiranne, the Presqu’île de Giens, Hyères, the beaches of l’Almanarre and La Badine, as well as ferry departures to Porquerolles and Port Cros.
Pool
The swim spa, measuring approximately 4.20 meters by 2 meters, serves as a swimming area in the summer and a hot tub in the winter.
Heated swimming pool: An additional fee applies for heating from September 15 to June 15.
Pool heating availability and pricing
15 June to 30 September: €350 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The ground floor features a bright, air-conditioned living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the terrace facing the sea. The layout allows for a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for extended stays.
A separate kitchen and a glass partition define the space while maintaining the brightness of the main rooms. A half-bath and a shower room complete this level.

Ground floor:
Bedroom 1: features a queen-size bed (160x200) and opens directly onto the terrace, offering a view of the sea. Air-conditioned bedroom.
Middle floor:
Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a view of the sea - non-air-conditioned bedroom with a fan.
First floor:
Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private French terrace of about 30 square meters with a sea view. Air-conditioned bedroom.
Bedroom 4: features a bed (140x200) and a bunk bed suitable for children, also with a sea view. Air-conditioned bedroom.
A shower room with a toilet serves the upper floor.
