Between Les Issambres and Sainte-Maxime: Perched above Éléphants Beach, in a gated community and close to the beaches, restaurants, and entertainment in Sainte-Maxime.
Year-round heated pool: With its generous dimensions of 12 x 6.5 meters and views of the Mediterranean, the pool allows you to enjoy the villa even outside the summer months.
Please note:
Pool safety: The pool is secured by an electric cover, but for young children, constant supervision is recommended.
The property features a charming little pond with koi carp. To ensure their well-being, guests are simply asked to feed them during their stay. A cat also lives on the property; very independent and discreet, it stays outside and does not enter the house.

Perched on the hills above Sainte-Maxime, Villa Atome enjoys a privileged setting within a gated community, offering a superb, unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. The garden, adorned with palm trees and Mediterranean flora, harmoniously surrounds the house and the pool.
The outdoor spaces have been designed to take full advantage of the Côte d’Azur climate: a shaded terrace, an outdoor lounge area facing the pool and the sea, and a summer kitchen equipped with a griddle, a sink, and a charcoal grill. An outdoor shower and a pétanque court round out the amenities.

Overlooking the Mediterranean, the 12 x 6.5-meter heated pool—open year-round—offers a particularly pleasant setting with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding hills.
The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun loungers and offers several areas to relax and enjoy the shade of the adjoining terrace. An outdoor shower is also available.

Interior
Completely renovated in 2026 by its owner, an interior designer, Villa Atome features bright, contemporary spaces where every detail has been carefully considered. High-end materials, warm, natural tones, and modern furniture create an elegant yet very comfortable atmosphere.
The villa can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living areas open wide to the outdoors through large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to enjoy views of the pool and the sea from inside the house. Fully air-conditioned, the property also features a fireplace for off-season stays.
