Ideal location: Perched high above the vineyards, Le Castellet is one of the most authentic villages in the Var. Its cobbled streets, artisan workshops, shady squares and typical restaurants make it a vibrant and refined destination. It's a place where time seems to slow down, between spectacular landscapes, Provencal markets and close proximity to the sea. A perfect balance of charm, culture and nature - in the heart of the unspoilt Côte d'Azur.

Small private paths lead directly to the village - a much-appreciated experience for travelers, offering rare and charming access.
Pool safety: the pool is secured with a barrier to limit access by young children. However, extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.
Exterior
The property extends over one hectare of land. The château is located on the upper part, with several terraces facing the sea and the hills. The grounds include areas for outdoor dining, stone walkways, gardens planted with Mediterranean vegetation, and several access points leading to the village on foot. The upper terraces offer large, flat surfaces suitable for groups: meals, family gatherings, fluid circulation around the building.
Pool
Situated below the château, the large bean-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a vast tiled terrace equipped with sunbeds and parasols. It offers unobstructed views out to the sea and over the surrounding hills. The large trees provide natural shade, allowing you to enjoy the pool all day long, both for swimming and for relaxing between outings.
Interior
The interior of the Château des Lumières offers 785 m² spread over several levels. The building comprises 10 air-conditioned rooms, some of which are organized as independent apartments with their own access. Volumes are substantial, with living areas suited to large groups: several lounges, a spacious dining room and a professional kitchen equipped for on-site meal preparation. The finishes are modern, while retaining the original architectural elements. Bedrooms are equipped with storage space, en-suite bathrooms and recent bedding.
