The swimming pool, ideally positioned opposite the living room, creates a very pleasant lounge area to fully enjoy the shaded terrace. An outdoor space under a pergola offers you the privacy necessary to enjoy all your meals in the shade. This configuration creates a relaxing and sunny setting throughout the day .

Immerse yourself in relaxation with this beautiful swimming pool of generous dimensions (8 x 4 m). Surrounded by a terrace equipped with deck chairs, summer lounge and close to the kitchen, this space becomes the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif after a beautiful day at the beach.
Interior
Built in 2021, this contemporary villa of 220 m2 has a large living room with dining area opening directly onto the garden and the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen is located in the living area to get together with family or friends and cook together. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other 3 double bedrooms are upstairs. It should be noted that the ''Villa Mara'' has a room at your disposal dedicated to home cinema.
