On the second floor of the villa, the living area of the original house, you'll find a kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms, as well as an outdoor terrace with a large table and direct access, via a staircase, to the garden. On the first floor, a small kitchen and 3 bedrooms open directly onto the swimming pool.
Just 100 m from the beach and a few minutes' walk from Bandol's stores and restaurants, the location makes it easy to enjoy your stay on foot.

- Location: Villa du Bougainvillier offers an exceptional experience, as Bandol's stores, market stalls and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Rènecros beach, a fine sandy setting in a wind-protected cove, is just 100 meters away. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood.
- Its 2 kitchens: on the first floor, a first kitchen is very useful for preparing breakfasts by the pool. Upstairs, a larger, fully-equipped kitchen.

Pool security: the pool is secured by an electric shutter. However, we recommend that young children in the vicinity be supervised at all times.

On the second floor of the villa, the living area of the original house, you'll find a kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms, as well as an outdoor terrace with a large table and a staircase leading to the garden. On the first floor, a small kitchen and 3 bedrooms open onto the swimming pool.
This renovated property boasts spacious, light-filled rooms in a refined style that combines the old with the new. An office space is available on the upper floor.

Bedroom 3: with double bed (140 x 200 cm), direct access to the garden and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and air conditioning.
The ground floor WC is shared between bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.
First floor:
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), convertible on request into a double bed, King size (180 x 200 cm) and adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and air conditioning.
Bedroom 5: with 1 double bed, Queen size (160 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with bath-shower, sink and air conditioning.
The first floor WC is shared between bedrooms 4 and 5.
On the second floor:
Bedroom 6: Master with double bed, King size (180 x 200 cm), access to the private terrace, view of the sea and Bandol. It has an attached bathroom with bath, shower, WC and air conditioning.
