Pool safety: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times.
It is forbidden to organize events, out of respect for the neighbors, in accordance with the rules of the domain. An access badge will be given to you on arrival at the entrance to the estate. Additional badges can be obtained at a cost of fifty euros each.
Exterior
The 1,600 m² landscaped garden features a heated swimming pool, a pétanque court and a large terrace overlooking the sea. The outdoor area also includes a summer lounge, gas barbecue, secure parking for four vehicles, tennis courts and a nearby charging station.
The combination of stone, glass, concrete and wood creates an elegant and timeless architecture, where natural light and soft colors create a welcoming atmosphere.
Pool
The private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is heated in season and salt-treated for soft, pleasant water. Unoverlooked, it's the perfect place to relax or share family moments while enjoying a magnificent sea view.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The spacious, light-filled interior features a cheerful, colorful decor. The vast living room features two lounges, a dining room and a contemporary kitchen, ideal for sharing and conviviality. The six bedrooms, including a master suite with sea views, offer comfort and privacy. The architecture blends stone, glass, concrete and wood to create an elegant, timeless harmony.

Location
Le Lavandou & surroundings
Le Lavandou or “The City of Dolphins” is an old fishing village on the shores of the Mediterranean. Although the name of this charming town is reminiscent of lavender, know that it would rather be inspired by the Provençal term, lavadou, which means, washhouse. Nestled at the foot of the Massif des Maures, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, the bay of Lavandou stretches out in a green setting over 12 kilometers of coastline with 12 magnificent fine sandy beaches.
