Description

Villa for rent Provence for 10 people with private pool

After the trip on the roads crushed with sun, in full summer, you will discover finally the Mas, flooded with freshness, behind its walls of old stones and the generous foliage.
In the idyllic setting of its beautiful park shaded by century-old pines and cypress trees and its swimming pool, located a few steps from the main house, among the white rosebushes and olive trees, the rosé de Provence will take all its flavor after your cultural visits or your hikes in the orchards and olive groves.

DESCRIPTION:
The farmhouse, on two floors, is decorated in a refined Provençal style. Family dishes, pottery, fruit bowls, staged objects, comfort and charm of colors invite you to come back. The rooms, each with its bathroom, bring comfort and lifestyle.

Ground floor :

• Large and elegant independent kitchen, perfectly equipped and dining area. Cellar access.
• Beams and gray serrated frieze encircle the dining room, in which sits the wide family table. Console, credence and as in all mas or old Provencal houses, a large closet near the stone fireplace furnishes it warmly.
• Under the white powdered beams of the immense living room, deep sofas dressed in white linen, littered with colorful cushions and "Voltaire" armchairs covered with velvet surround a mantelpiece with a stone mantel. Encyclopedia and many books have found refuge on the shelves of the large library that occupies a section of wall.
• The fireplace nestled back in the corner of a small TV lounge, also gives the winter seasons, a certain attraction for parties cocooning.
• Separate WC with washbasin.
• Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, elegant and refined, adorned in purple, opens directly onto the south-facing terrace and the garden. On each side of the double bed (160cm) an ogive door surmounted by an eye of ox, discovers respectively a bathroom and WC.
• Annex with a bedroom (double bed 150cm) and a bathroom and WC.

Floor:
The sun digs the shadows, visits the boutis and intensifies the colors. For a moment, the time is fixed on the memories of holidays spent in the countryside, when the odors of wax and the scents of lavender mingled.
Under the heavy beams of the farmhouse, a long corridor whose wooden slats that cover the ground, are enhanced for comfort, a path in bright colors, serves rooms and bathrooms.

• An office area has been set up on the landing of the upper stairwell.
• Bedroom 2: A transparent white satin-embellished bed-frame with a large double bed (160cm or 2x80cm) covered with a matching ticking. Old washbasin surmounted by a large mirror in which is reflected a hip bath, white earthenware basement with bluish patterns, his private bathroom is obsolete at will.
• In the same spirit, independent WC with washbasin.
• Bedroom 3: The "toile de Jouy" spirit adorns the walls, bedstead and armchairs of this pretty room tinged with a fuchsia touch on the satin bedspread that covers the double bed (160cm), sprinkled with promising pillows .
• Independent bathroom draped in white.
• Bedroom 4: Charming and outdated under its tapestry and its colorful and flowery furnishings; Lace dressing the bed base of the double bed (160cm), cozy quilt covering the thick blanket, multiple cushions immaculate and plump headboard, long curtains stranding on the floor braided ... Ambience of old for its private bathroom.
• This is the chic classicism that characterizes room 5. The dark parquet floor, covered with a huge rug, contrasts with the immaculate white of the double bed and its generous pillows. A screen veiled with a delicate pleating, hides a corner bathroom retro. The embrace of a double window offers a superb view of the park and two armchairs, on which it will be pleasant to read in the light of the day.

OUTSIDE:
Charm, charm, charm, allure, tranquility, elegance ....

• Century-old plane trees, ocher facade, almond shutters, wisteria, boxwood balls in jars and oleanders, yew trees and Florentine cypresses, white or delicately pink roses, iris, lavender, olive trees, fig and pines, undergrowth or turf, gravel , paved stone terraces, not Japanese or gravel ... 10000 m² of a garden arranged beautifully, both wild and controlled .. Everything is there to compose a residence of Provencal charm!
• In the middle of summer, under the umbrella pines, the dull heat and the shutters are encabanated. Various species provide a saving freshness to the huge terrace protected from the vagaries of the wind by the home drawn in L.
It is the place of life and meeting during the summer period. She faces the beautiful park. Garden furniture, family table, pedestal tables ... here and there for everyone's happiness.
• At the bend of a grove, we discover a small intimate corner with its stone bench, a well or an old "pile".
• Along the way, a wrought iron gazebo is an elegant stopover to the pool area where you can bask in the heart of summer.
• Behind a country gate, the generously sized pool (13m x 6m) planted in the middle of a soft lawn is surrounded by vegetation. 3 steps allow you to slip slowly.
• Pool house in stone with paved terrace and amenities nearby.
• Under the generous shade of some trees, well planted, the inevitable petanque ground.
