Built on a hillside, La Roseraie has an impressive panoramic view over the Luberon Valley. Its flower gardens and Tuscan garden are on different terraces to make the most of the views and give different perspectives: of Bonnieux, the Luberon Valley, the Vaucluse mountains and the Mont Ventoux. With its tennis court and swimming pool area, this property is the epitome of a luxury holiday.
This fully-fenced 18m x 6m swimming pool has an incredible view of the flower gardens, authentical Provencal farmhouse and Tuscan gardens. The panoramic view encompasses the entire Luberon, the Luberon valley to Ventoux. With a diving board, a large pergola and ten sun loungers, the pool terrace is the ideal place to relax and admire the landscape. At the end of the terrace, you will find a large dining table for 15.
On the ground floor of this fully air-conditioned property, you will find the open-plan kitchen with "La Cornue" oven, spacious living room and dining room which leads onto the outdoor terrace where there are two tables that can accommodate 15 people. Decorated in a classic and prestigious style, you will find two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms on the lower ground floor. On the first floor, there is the Master bedroom with its office and private terrace with impressie view over the Luberon valley. The children's dormitory is located on the second floor and has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and two showers. The last bedroom, with its double bed, kitchenette, terrace and bathroom, can be found in the separate annex near the tennis court.

La Roseraie is a lovely house with all the amenities you could wish for - the kitchen is particularly well stocked. The gardens, areas to relax, tennis, swimming, boule…first rate. And then of course there is the view, which would be hard to beat anywhere. Finally the Provence Holiday team were very helpful and timely to answer any questions and the ladies who cleaned every day highly efficient and helpful. My only comment is that 15 would be tight, even with a lot of children! But overall a beautiful property. We would come again!
This is a superb property in a beautiful location with every facility you could hope for. My family and I spent a wonderful week there - the pool was in use all day every day and the children loved the "dormitory" at the top of the house. The only problem I encountered was the fact that two of the bedrooms, which had been described as being on the ground floor, were in fact on the lower ground floor, accessible only by a steep outdoor staircase or round the garden - since I had chosen the property because of the ground floor bedrooms (I have some mobility problems) this was a major hurdle for me. BUT ..... during the holiday I contacted Provence Holidays and pointed out that their description was misleading, and by the time I returned home this had been changed on the website - so, a pat on the back for Provence Holidays' swift response - very impressive!
The old fortified village is located at the top of the valley of Lourmarin and dominated by an old church. This perched Provençal village is the ideal place to discover the region by bike or on foot and benefits from an exceptional panorama which extends from the Petit Luberon to the Monts du Vaucluse and as far as Mont Ventoux.
