What we like
Location: just 10 minutes from the popular market town of l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this wonderful bastide is situated in the heart of the Luberon, close to many beautiful Provencal villages.
All Ensuite: all seven bedrooms are complete with ensuite bathrooms to ensure your peace of mind.
Jacuzzi: next to the elegant 12m x 6m swimming pool that is surrounded by sun loungers, you will find a four-person Jacuzzi that is ideal for taking long soaks after a busy day exploring the Luberon.
Things to note
Pool Security: the swimming pool is secured by two alarms, but children should be supervised when nearby.
Air Conditioning: although only the three bedrooms on the first floor benefit from air conditioning, the remaining four bedrooms offer fans for your comfort.
Pets: Please note that a friendly resident cat lives on the property and is often a highlight for our guests. Affectionate and accustomed to visitors, it tends to charm everyone!
Exterior
The vast grounds are complete with pristine lawns, hundred-year-old plane trees as well as a coal barbecue and gas plancha that are ideal for cooking delicious meals with your loved ones. A veritable haven of peace and tranquility, this garden also offers many terraces and patios with outdoor furniture that allow for quiet moments of reflection.
Pool
This superb 12m x 6m private swimming pool is surrounded by 14 sun loungers which are perfect for enjoying midday siestas in the sunshine. The nearby pool house features a well-equipped summer kitchen, shower and WC, so you can spend entire days lounging poolside or relaxing in the four-person Jacuzzi.
Interior
On the ground floor of this recently renovated bastide, you will find a grand entrance hall with a stunning staircase that is original to the 18th-century home. Moving through the property, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a vast living room with south-facing glass doors, a laundry room and a WC. Both the first and second floors each offer three double bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms for your comfort. With direct access to the grounds, there is also an independent studio with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom for those seeking more privacy on their luxury holiday.
Please note that the kitchen was completely redesigned and renovated during the winter 2024. It is now more spacious. The video does not yet reflect this change.
