Estate: this luxury holiday rental is located in a magnificent wine-growing estate surrounded by a sublime landscape of vineyards, olive groves and hills without any vis-à-vis.
Tranquility: an utterly peaceful setting but close to the lovely villages of the Luberon.
Cleaning: cleaning is carried out Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 in the pool house, terrace tables, watering of plants and vegetable patch, common areas and breakfast clearing (except bedrooms).
Breakfast: you determine the time and add your preferences... the buffet includes fruit salad (with home-grown and local products), fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolats, cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice, milk, coffee and tea.
Pool Safety: the pool has an electric shutter, but is not fenced, so young children must be supervised.
Caretaker: Delphine, the house manager/caretaker lives in a house at the back of the property.
Cats: two cats, Cookie and Rocky, live on the estate with Delphine.

The spacious pool house/summer lounge benefits from excellent quality furniture, a WiFi music system, summer kitchen with a bar, fridge, Nespresso machine as well as a shower and WC.
This completely renovated 600m2 bastide benefits from all the modern comforts, including underfloor heating/cooling throughout the property. On the ground floor you will find an office, two dining rooms, a large living room and a large fully equipped kitchen (two dishwashers, dish warmers, piano range and back kitchen) which, with its island, allows you to prepare meals whilst spending time with your loved ones. The two fireplaces are fully functional. On the first floor are four ensuite bedrooms including three doubles and a dormitory for eight children. On the second floor is the parental suite: one ensuite double bedroom (potentially for a nanny) which is independent from the two double bedrooms (one for children and the other for parents) which share a bathroom.
