View: the estate surrounded by vineyards, with a formal garden and cypress avenue offers magnificent views of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Unique: a basketball court surrounded by cherry trees.
Pool: its large pool with summer lounge separate from the main house.
Terrace: its large shaded terrace in the south-facing courtyard.
New furniture: the house has just been fully furnished and all the bedding is new.

Nestled in the heart of a vast 9-hectare estate filled with vineyards, olive trees and cherry trees, this typically Provencal farmhouse faces south/south-west to take advantage of the sun whilst staying protected from the mistral. The French garden completes the decor of the house and gives it an air of nobility and grace. The secluded swimming pool is secured by a fence and has its own beach and summer lounge.

Fenced and surrounded by hedges, the large 15m x 6m swimming pool is hidden from view and has an outdoor shower nearby. The summer living room, with sofas and armchairs, is the perfect place to enjoy an apéro in the evenings.

On the ground floor of this elegant farmhouse, you will find the kitchen, living room, library, dining room and a double bedroom. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and the laundry room. The guest house has one air-conditioned double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The brand new Wurlitzer jukebox (with USB and bluetooth connection) and pinball machine will make rainy days even better!

On the second floor of the main house:
Bedroom 2/Master: with double bed (180 x 200 cm), garden and vineyard view, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2.5: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and single bed (90 x 200 cm). Bedroom 2.5 is only accessible from bedroom 2 and shares its en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 2.5 would make a perfect family suite.
Bedroom 3: with double bed (160 x 200 cm), views of the garden, courtyard and vineyards and en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
