Nestled in the heart of a vast 9-hectare estate filled with vineyards, olive trees and cherry trees, this typically Provencal farmhouse faces south/south-west to take advantage of the sun whilst staying protected from the mistral. The French garden completes the decor of the house and gives it an air of nobility and grace. The secluded swimming pool is secured by a fence and has its own beach and summer lounge.
Enclosed by a fence and surrounded by hedges, the large 15 x 6-meter pool is secluded from view. It features an outdoor lounge area (sofa and armchairs) and a shower.
Please note: The pool is not heated.
On the ground floor of this elegant farmhouse, you will find the kitchen, living room, library, dining room and a double bedroom. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and the laundry room. The guest house has one air-conditioned double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The brand new Wurlitzer jukebox (with USB and bluetooth connection) and pinball machine will make rainy days even better!

Bedroom 2.5: with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Bedroom 2.5 is accessible only through Bedroom 2 and shares its en suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 2.5 would make a perfect family suite.
Bedroom 3: features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), views of the garden, courtyard, and vineyards, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Bedroom 4: features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a view of the vineyards.
Annex 1, on the first floor:
