Exterior

Within Domaine de Villeneuve's 65 acres of pear orchards, farmland and landscaped gardens, you can enjoy extensive outdoor dining and seating across the estate, a private tennis court with shaded hut, a swimming pool, barbecue area, ping pong table and pétanque/boules court. The luxury concierge service is always available to organise unlimited local excursions to some of the most famous sites in Provence.

Next to the beautiful swimming pool is a terrace filled with sun loungers and parasols, and a pool house featuring a large dining table.

Interior

The ground floor of this absolutely immaculate 1,200m² property boasts a large dining room (seating for 18), a spacious living room, a family room, a large country kitchen with family dining area, a mud room, an orangerie with Herve Baume dining table (seating for 22), TV room with Xbox and Apple TV and a gym with free weights, pilates reformers, elliptical bike and two Peloton bikes. For you comfort, there is also a Sonos sound system throughout the house and gardens. Upstairs, you will find seven perfectly decorated and luxurious double bedrooms and their bathrooms.

To the south of the main house, near the pool area and tennis court, you will find the cosy two-bedroom cottage. It is the original building on the property and is built of charming old stone. With a sitting room, double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom upstairs, the cottage is perfect for a young family, good friends or personal staff.

Bedrooms

This outstanding property sleeps up to 18 guests in 9 utterly luxurious bedrooms, 7 of which are located in the main house and 2 in the nearby cottage. All beds feature Four Seasons Hotel mattresses, bedding, duvets and pillows. All bathrooms feature Four Seasons Hotel towels and bathrobes, L’Occitane bath products and the property's signature pear soap.

On the first floor of the main house:
Bedroom 1/Master: a corner suite with views looking south over the main gardens and west over the pear orchard. Bedroom 1 features a beautiful antique fireplace and built-in wardrobes surrounding a king-sized canopy bed of embroidered Pierre Frey fabric. There is a sitting area on the south side of the room and a table for morning coffee near the fireplace. The ensuite bathroom is large and sunny featuring a very large shower of Calcutta marble and a freestanding tub anchoring the centre of the room. Separate toilet stall with bidet, antique wardrobe and chest.

Bedroom 2: with a southern view over the main gardens, this bedroom features a beautiful original fireplace and a king-sized canopy bed of gorgeous Pierre Frey fabric. There is a sitting area near the fireplace consisting of an antique sofa and two chairs. Beautiful antique chests and lovely built-in wardrobes, hand finished in antique-style specialty paint, finish the room. The ensuite bathroom is very large and features Arabescata marble carved in a Provencal style around the large tub that sits under the window. Separate shower and toilet stall with bidet.

Bedroom 3: spacious and beautifully appointed with gorgeous Pierre Frey fabric on the bedwall, Bedroom 3 enjoys north-facing views of the original barn, surrounding gardens and the pear orchards to the west. There is an antique sofa at the end of the king-sized double bed and antique wardrobe, desk, nightstands and artwork complement the décor. The ensuite bathroom is spacious, sunny and features a claw foot bathtub, separate shower and toilet stall. An antique dressing table and stool sit in the north-facing window.

Bedroom 4: with king-sized double bed, Bedroom 4 is spacious in size yet cosy in feel thanks to the original exposed whitewashed ceiling beams. This bedroom has a small sitting area, new built-in closets and a north-facing view over the original barn structure and surrounding gardens. Beautiful antique chests and artwork add to the handsome Pierre Frey fabric in the windows and at the bed. The ensuite bathroom in Bedroom 4 is charming, featuring a bath surrounded by beautiful Carrera Goya. Antique mirror, chair, separate shower and toilet stall.

Bedroom 5: a beautifully-appointed room with lovely Pierre Frey fabrics at the windows and over the bed. Bedroom 5 has a queen-sized double bed and views to the east toward the Rhone River, pool area, fields of sunflowers or wheat and Provencal fountain. The ensuite bathroom features beautiful Calcutta Oro Vagli marble surrounding the tub that sits under the north-facing window. With two antique mirrors over the vanity and separate shower and toilet stall.

Bedroom 6: a charming and cosy blue and white queen-sized double bedroom featuring a bed wall covered in Pierre Frey Oriental fabric. Bedroom 6 enjoys an eastern view toward the Rhone River over the pool, farm land and fountain and has a lovely dressing table.

Bedroom 7: the original master bedroom of the house, Bedroom 7 thus enjoys beautiful corner views to the south, over the gardens, and east, over the pool. With four large sunny windows dressed in Pierre Frey fabric matching the canopy over the queen-sized double bed. The beautiful painted antique dresser and side tables match the palette of the room.
Bedrooms 6 and 7 share an ensuite bathroom in a Jack and Jill style. A beautiful tub, surrounded by Arabescato marble that is carved in a Provencal style, sits under the large east-facing window. Separate shower and toilet stall.

On the ground floor of the cottage:
Bedroom 8: with a south-facing door leading onto a small private patio, Bedroom 8 has a queen-sized double bed. The ensuite bathroom features a large marble shower and separate toilet.

On the first floor of the cottage:
Bedroom 9: this bedroom enjoys views to the south, over the tennis court and olive trees, and to the west over the main garden from double French doors. Bedroom 9 has a queen-sized double bed and a cosy reading nook. The ensuite bathroom has French doors opening south over the gardens, a large bathtub with a separate shower and toilet.
