What we like

Pool House: nothing says utter relaxation more than a pool house complete with bathroom, shower and summer kitchen.
All Ensuite: each bedroom has its own private bathroom to ensure maximum comfort for all.
Exterior
This impressive and beautifully restored 19th-century Provençal farmhouse is your own private, walled retreat, filled with fragrant lavender paths, sycamore and centennial olive trees, as well as lush lawns, flowers and an array of mature trees providing precious shade. The grounds offer plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind and the lovely heated swimming pool, boules court and plentiful terraces, provide perfect ways to spend quality time together.
Pool
This 12m x 6m heated swimming pool is complete with a 1.4m deep beach/shallow end and a deep end of 2.3m. The automatic electric cover helps to keep the pool clean and retain its heat overnight.
Nearby, you can enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, comfortable seating, dining table, shower and bathroom. The pool terrace faces south to provide some welcome shade and, during the cooler months, the terrace can be heated with patio heaters.
Interior
The tastefully decorated ground floor offers a formal entrance/hallway, two spacious living rooms, dining room with open fireplace and doors leading to the terrace and gardens, a fully-equipped kitchen with open fireplace and casual farmhouse table and chairs with doors leading to the terrace and gardens, a library room leading to the utility room and guest WC.
An antique staircase leads to the first floor mezzanine sitting area and large master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom. A second staircase leads to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and French balcony. There are two further ensuite bedrooms that can be accessed from the hallway. All four bedrooms have beautiful garden views and are air-conditioned for your comfort.
