Starting in September, the property will be equipped with a gym featuring exercise equipment.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is designed to meet the basic needs of your stay. Due to its limited counter space, it’s not ideal for groups of people who want to cook together or prepare elaborate meals. You’ll also find an elegant living room with a fireplace, a TV lounge, a foosball table, and a piano for enjoyable musical moments.
Upstairs, the house features four double bedrooms—two of which have en-suite bathrooms—and two separate bathrooms. The fifth double bedroom is located in a 20 m² annex next to the pool. It also has an en suite bathroom, offering a more private space. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
