Pool Security: the swimming pool is secured by an alarm, but please be careful when young children are outdoors.

1 April to 31 October: €300 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

On the ground floor of this newly-built property, you will find a contemporary living/dining area which leads onto the well-equipped kitchen. From here, you have easy access to the south-facing shaded terrace overlooking the private pool and landscaped garden. Also on this level, you will find one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and fantastic views of the Alpilles.
