What we like
Village within walking distance: just 15 minutes from the village of Maussane-les-Alpilles.
Wellness: the second floor of the house is dedicated to relaxation and well-being. Spend a day in the yoga room, gym, spa or massage room to feel your best.
Comfort: air-conditioned rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV, Nespresso machine and minibar.
History: originally, this mas was an oil mill built in 1738 on a field of over 300 olive trees, at the foot of the Alpilles mountains.
Exterior
This expansive 3.5-hectare garden is beautifully manicured, featuring lush greenery and open lawns that provide a serene and spacious atmosphere. At its heart lies a charming fountain and a lily pond, adding a tranquil and picturesque element to the landscape. A well-tended vegetable garden brings a touch of rustic charm, offering fresh produce for the property.
An 18th-century sanctified chapel stands gracefully within the grounds, lending a sense of history and reverence to the space. The property is also home to a chicken coop, while horses can be seen grazing nearby, enhancing the pastoral feel of the estate.
For recreation, guests can enjoy an astro-turf tennis court, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table, catering to various interests and activities. Outdoor dining is a delight with a large table that can seat up to 20 people, complemented by additional patio tables and chairs for more intimate gatherings. A gas BBQ is also available, perfect for alfresco meals in this stunning setting.
Pool
The pool lounge area features ample seating, including a four-seater sofa, two three-seater sofas, and two ottomans. For sunbathing and relaxation, there are six single sunbeds, two double sunbeds, and three sunbrellas providing shade. Additionally, the pool bar is equipped with a fridge, ensuring refreshments are always within reach.

Interior
On the ground floor of the Mas (299m2 ), a double reception room (170m2) with deep sofas, antique tables and works of art, vaults and large stone fireplace opening onto the garden with its large arches. A bar-library (32m2) with leather and velvet atmosphere and a dining room (32m2) with its large Baxter oval table in dark walnut. A kitchen living room (33m2) with a grey marble island and cooking range as well as a second professional kitchen (17m2). Upstairs is accessed by an elevator or the grand staircase of the marble entrance hall, illuminated by a Murano crystal chandelier. On the first floor (369m2), eight air-conditioned rooms with their own private limestone bathroom or shower room. High ceilings, large windows, curtains made of natural materials by Pierre Frey, De la Cuena or Elitis. Natural plasters in clay, sand, lime, natural pigments. Upscale bedding with horsehair, wool and latex mattresses. On the upper floor (172m2), relax in the spa equipped with a sauna and massage room and a fitness, yoga and relaxation area.
Bedrooms
The first floor features all eight guest bedrooms, a cinema room, a laundry area, and an in-house boutique. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV, a hairdryer, slippers, and bathrobes. The mattresses are made from carefully chosen natural materials, ensuring comfort and quality.

Bedroom 2: This 21 m² double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a super king-size bed (185x215 cm). The room offers a beautiful view of nature and the surrounding fields. It is also equipped with a minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine for added convenience. The spacious 11 m² bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a double sink, and a toilet.
Bedroom 3: This 23 m² double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a super king-size bed (185x215 cm). The room offers a beautiful view of the garden and includes a decorative fireplace, adding to its charm. For added convenience, it is also equipped with a minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine. The 8 m² bathroom features a walk-in shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 4: This 15 m² double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a closet, and a king-size bed (180x200 cm). The room offers a serene view of nature and the surrounding fields. The 8 m² bathroom includes a shower, a double sink, and a toilet.

Bedroom 6: This 19 m² double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a versatile double bed that can be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm). The room includes a desk and offers a lovely view of the garden. The 4 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower, a single sink, and a toilet.
Bedroom 7: This 23 m² double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a luxurious canopy super king-size bed (185x215 cm). The room includes a desk and offers a beautiful view of the garden. The 4 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower, a single sink, and a toilet. If needed, this bedroom can directly communicate with Bedroom 6 for added convenience.
Bedroom 8: This 23 m² double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed (180x200 cm), and a walk-in closet. The room includes a comfortable seating area, a desk, a safe, and a Nespresso coffee machine for added convenience.
