What we like

Location: set in the heart of the Alpilles countryside, this superb, fully renovated mas is just 15 minutes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and a 6-minute drive from the village of Saint-Andiol.
Summer kitchen: prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped summer kitchen with outdoor dining area.
Air-conditioning: the entire mas has air-conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Please note

Pool security: the pool is secured by an alarm. However, we recommend that young children in the vicinity are supervised at all times.

Exterior

Between the pool and the mas, you'll find a fully-equipped summer kitchen with outdoor dining area. There's also an outdoor summer lounge in the shade of the plane trees (2 sofas, 2 armchairs). You can cook a convivial meal a la plancha and dine with family or friends before enjoying a game of pétanque.

Pool

Enjoy a relaxing swim in this 12 x 5 m heated pool with a large deck, ideal for children. Surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and parasols, this pool is the perfect place to relax after a great day exploring the Alpilles.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

Interior

On the first floor of this fully restored 280^m2 farmhouse, you'll find a beautiful open kitchen with a large island and direct access to the shaded terrace, a bright living/dining room and an independent shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Up the stairs, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 double bedrooms sharing an independent bathroom.
Another staircase on the ground floor leads to a wing on the first floor with a double bedroom and a private lounge with TV. This space is ideal for teenagers or those who wish to preserve their privacy.
On the second floor, you'll find the last 2 double bedrooms, which share a fourth independent bathroom. Beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned, "Mas du Ruisseau" is ideal for large families or groups of friends.

A beautiful property

A beautiful property, well appointed and in a great location. Very quiet and private space, perfect for a trip with the family. The service and instructions provided by Provence Holidays were clear and comprehensive. Any questions or minor issues we had during our stay were handled efficiently by the property manager.

Immaculate house in beautiful gardens

The house is spotlessly clean and the facilities and appliances were extremely high quality - the outdoor kitchen was superb we spent most of our time here. Barbara was amazing -on hand to answer queries and help with extras the whole process with Provence holidays was really smooth. Fresh bakery goods were delivered daily and the location is perfect for trips to nearby villages. The gardens are beautiful the photos don’t do it justice. Only minor point was that the decor in the house was a little stark and the art in the house was not to my personal taste(being picky here!) but we all really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back
