Newly-renovated in 2022, Mas Amis offers refined decoration, air conditioning and brand new appliances throughout. On the ground floor of this elegant property, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious dining room, living area with fireplace, a gym, TV room with table football and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All of the main living areas benefit from direct access to the shaded terrace and garden thanks to large bay windows.
