Social spaces: a pétanque court, a ping-pong table and an outdoor projector for entertainment, three outdoor lounges for enjoying an aperitif and finally two dining areas for enjoying your meals in a large family table or with friends at the pool house or in the shade of the plane tree.
Air conditioning: Maison Eyragues guarantees absolute happiness by always maintaining a cool and ideal temperature in all rooms.
Pool Safety: The pool has an electric shutter and fence, however, we recommend that young children nearby are supervised at all times.
The house and its garden are equipped with an anti-mosquito system with two Qista terminals which eliminates 95% of mosquitoes. No need to use mosquito repellent, you can enjoy the outdoors without nuisance.
The private enclosed garden has plenty of space to enjoy every moment of the day. The sunny and shaded terraces where you can drink your morning coffee, or have your meals and relax with family and friends. The swimming pool area with its pool house and deckchairs is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon to the songs of the cicadas. An ultra-comfortable living room with large sofas at the bottom of the garden for you to relax surrounded by lavender and olive trees and its pétanque court while having an aperitif. Finally, the barn, near the house, with its ping-pong table, bar and projector, will be ideal for summer evenings.
Enjoy a relaxing swim in this 15 x 5 m swimming pool, heated for your comfort during the cooler months or cooled during the hottest. Its length allows for great swimming and its depth of 1.5 meters is ideal for group games.

On the ground floor of this beautifully restored 300m2 farmhouse , you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a double bedroom with its own bathroom. Upstairs, five double bedrooms including a master with its adjoining bathroom.
