Villa for rent Provence for 6 people with heated pool
La Villa Cachée is a striking, brand new contemporary 3 bedroom, 3 bath Provencal villa located in a verdant, exotic, and secluded setting just below the ancient hill-top medieval village of Eygalières.
The villa is very centrally located only 300 meters (3 minute walk) from the village centre where you will find the boulangerie, épicerie (small grocer), butcher, pharmacy, and a choice of cafés and excellent restaurants.
There is an independent pool house with aircon at the opposite end of the pool that houses the third bedroom and bath, and which even has a kitchenette so the guests can have total privacy.
The 15 x 4.5 metre pool is heated by a geo-thermal system to a max of 28C, depending on exterior temperatures. The pool, plants and garden are in perfect harmony and the entire villa is very 'zen' and relaxing!
The large living room, dining area and kitchen flow through the open spaces of the main floor and out the huge doors which open to the exterior. There are large spaces inside and out for dining and relaxing. Two bedrooms are inside the villa: The en-suite master bedroom with large terrace is on the first floor; the en-suite guest bedroom with doors opening to the garden is on the ground floor. The main villa has an under-floor heating and cooling system. The fridge is well stocked for your arrival.
2 days per week light housekeeping is included, plus final. Other days by client request, at an additional charge. The entire villa, including the pool house, has Wi-Fi.
