The soul of Provence and its residences ... Just like this estate of character situated in the countryside ... at a stone’s throw from the charming village of Mouriès. A charming decoration … an unquestionable soul ... one of our little secret paradise. This beautiful estate restored with taste, love of materials, chiné objects will appeal to you by its volumes, its peace and quiet, its relaxed way of life.
In the countryside, in the middle of the meadows, you will appreciate the garden space in front of the house (with an open outlook) as well as all around (estate of 3 ha). From the house, on foot or by bicycle, you will be able to go on for a stroll on the paths, in the middle of orchards ... or go and visit and stroll along the charming village of Mouriès, famous for its olive oil, in Saint Rémy de Provence, the Baux de Provence or Avignon quite nearby. Golf enthusiasts will really enjoy themselves on the very beautiful round of golf of Servanne, located just behind the estate at 800 metres.
At the various hours of the day, you will take advantage of the patio located behind the house, ideal candlelit dinners, of the large terrace located before the house and of course of the beautiful swimming pool (with 12x 5m; depth 1.20 to 1.80; access down steps; large pool-side area around; secured with a fence and alarm). The estate is composed of two houses.
The living space of the big mas farmhouse (310 sq m) offers on the ground floor: a large and lovely kitchen /equipped dining room overlooking the patio, the entrance hall, the winter lounge with its beautiful stone fireplace, a tv lounge, Video player, and the large summer lounge with fireplace and access to the terrace with arbour. A separate WC.
First floor: a bedroom with a bed 180 and its private bathroom (bathtub and shower, WC); a bedroom with a bed in 180 with a bathroom with shower and WC quite nearby; two child’s bedrooms with a pull-out bed in 90 for each one (can be put at the same level) and shared bathroom and WC.
The little Provence mas farmhouse (106 sqm) is quite near the swimming pool. It has on the ground floor: a double bedroom with a bed in 140, a lounge with fireplace, a little equipped kitchen (fridge; freezer, microwave, gas cooker).
Upstairs: a bedroom with two beds in 90, a bedroom with a bed 90 and a barred cot, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate WC.
Facilities in the big mas: Dishwasher, American-style fridge, beautiful Bocuse professional kitchen range, microwave, oven, large table for 12 persons in the kitchen, washing machine, TV, Video player, telephone, internet connection adsl live box wifi, 2 fold-up travel beds, pram, garden tables and chairs, barbecue set, 4 sunbeds, 6 deckchairs.
