About Gémenos: Located at the gateway to the Sainte-Baume Regional Nature Park, Gémenos offers an ideal blend of nature and proximity to the coast. This Provencal village offers quick access to the Cassis creeks, while enjoying a more peaceful and verdant environment. With hiking trails, local markets and easy access to Marseille, the region perfectly combines authenticity and accessibility.

Pool security : the pool is secured with an alarm, so extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.
Exterior
Set in the heart of an 8,000 m² private estate, Villa Gem offers a protected natural setting with panoramic views of the Sainte-Baume massif. The outdoor spaces have been designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate: a large terrace adjoining the kitchen features garden furniture for up to 15 people. The petanque court, gas barbecue and various lounge areas offer a variety of convivial and relaxing moments. The rooftop, equipped with a Jacuzzi and outdoor bed, offers a privileged vantage point over the surrounding hills.
Pool
The salt-treated infinity pool blends harmoniously into the landscape, offering a sense of continuity with the surrounding nature. Bordered by deckchairs and shaded areas, it's the focal point of the property for cooling off or relaxing throughout the day. Secured by an underwater alarm, it's just as suitable for families as it is for adults.

Interior
With a floor area of 270 m², this architect-designed house offers generous volumes and a fluid flow between spaces. The main living room, bathed in light thanks to large openings, is organized around several zones: living room with fireplace, TV area and music corner with upright piano. The kitchen, fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, opens directly onto the dining room and terrace.

This superb villa can accommodate up to 11 adults in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all air-conditioned except bedroom 1, which benefits from a refreshing floor:
First floor:
Bedroom 1: with queensize bed (160x200), heated floor and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: with kingsize bed (180x200), air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a separate WC.
