What We Love

The famous Château La Coste is just a 3-minute drive away. A true cultural destination, the estate combines contemporary art, architecture, landscapes, and vineyards, featuring an outdoor art trail as well as 6 restaurants and tasting areas. Just 15 minutes away, the La Roque-d’Anthéron International Piano Festival attracts classical music lovers every year who come to discover internationally renowned performers.

Exterior
Located in a quiet residential area, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting with lovely, unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. The enclosed garden and various terraces allow you to take full advantage of sunny days, between moments of relaxation and outdoor meals.
Leisure activities include a pétanque court, ping-pong table and even a gym for the more active.
Pool
The 10x5-meter heated swimming pool blends in perfectly with the rest of the property and quickly becomes the focal point of the house.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 30 September: €200 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The villa captivates with its clean lines and the use of fine materials such as walnut wood, stone, and mineral plaster, which give it a warm and contemporary atmosphere. The spacious living areas, bathed in light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, are centered around a cozy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, offering the perfect setting for sharing special moments with family or friends.
The five air-conditioned bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy for everyone, while the separate guesthouse is a real asset for guests who wish to enjoy their own space. Opening out onto the natural surroundings, it also features a gym equipped with high-end equipment, including a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a weight bench, an authentic WaterRower wooden rowing machine, as well as yoga mats and a Pilates ball.
