Features
The outdoor swimming pool, secured by a rolling shutter, is close to the house but not visible from inside. Children must therefore be supervised when using it.
The indoor pool can be locked.
Natural freshness and summer comfort: only the master suite is air-conditioned, but the design of the house, with its flowing volumes and materials, ensures that it stays cool naturally. The air-conditioned living room also helps to cool the garden level, while silent fans in the bedrooms ensure optimum comfort in summer.
Exterior
In the heart of 6 hectares of unspoilt countryside, the property is set in a typically Provencal landscape of vineyards, olive groves and garrigue. The vast south-facing terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range. The outdoor spaces have been designed to make the most of every moment: al fresco dining, relaxing in the sun or a game of table tennis in the landscaped garden. Here, the calm and beauty of the scenery offer a truly timeless interlude.
Pool
The property is distinguished by its two swimming pools, allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of water in any season. Outside, a superb 15 x 5-meter infinity pool opens onto the surrounding countryside, offering a breathtaking view of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range. Inside, a second heated pool (12 x 4 metres) extends the wellness experience, accompanied by a relaxation area ideal for rejuvenating all year round.

Interior
Spread over three levels, the bastide's organization is fluid and perfectly thought-out. From the entrance, the first floor opens onto vast, light-filled living spaces: an elegant marble kitchen, a convivial dining room and a comfortable living room, extended by a large south-facing terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. Two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms complete this level.
Upstairs, an office-library area leads to two superb suites, including a remarkable 70 m² master suite with private terrace, dressing room and full bathroom. A second bedroom with en-suite shower room also offers top-of-the-range comfort.
The garden level hosts several additional bedrooms, including one with independent access, as well as a maid's room. This level also offers spaces dedicated to relaxation, including a bar and a private cinema room, creating an ideal living space for entertaining family and friends in complete privacy.
