The house has the advantage of being both close to major cities, the sea, and a commercial area (Plan de Campagne). Possibility to go to the village by bike for bread and last minute races.
The D543 (Apt road) passes next to the house and can bring some noise from the road, this is mitigated by the fountains, (from the pool and the one below the plane tree).
The location is ideal to access the International Lyric Art Festivals of Aix en Provence in July and the Piano Festival of Roque d'Anthéron in July / August.
