Fee Schedule

I / PROPERTY SALES

The fees are payable by the seller or the buyer depending on the mandate.
When they are payable by the seller, the fees are calculated on the sale price.
When they are payable by the buyer, the fees are calculated on the net selling price.

- Sale of houses - 6% VAT included
- Exclusive sale of property - 5% VAT included

II / SEASONAL RENTAL

The fees are payable by the owner

- Management fees: 20% of the rent, including tax
