Monsieur Pablo

Monsieur Pablo is designed for guests who want a beach day with a clear identity. The setting combines natural cane walls, round hanging chairs, wooden furniture and woven macramé parasols, while the colour palette stays close to cream, green and azure blue. Inside, the greenery-heavy ceiling adds a jungle-like effect without losing the clean beach-club structure. The atmosphere is upbeat from morning to evening, supported by a team that aims to keep the service smooth and attentive. Wooden sunbeds with sand-coloured mattresses create a practical lounging area, while the lounge spaces offer a quieter place to sit between swims and long lunches. The overall feel is somewhere between the Mediterranean and a tropical reference point, although the layout remains firmly rooted in the French Riviera.

The restaurant

The restaurant focuses on a broad menu that works for a full day by the sea. Starters include Bellota Iberico ham, guacamole, salmon gravlax, zucchini flowers and oysters refined in Claires. The main selection covers a crispy Caesar, burrata with trio of tomatoes, lobster roll, Peruvian ceviche and daily specials. Seafood options include catch of the day, black tiger prawns, wolf fillet, mussels and spaghetti alla vongole. Meat dishes include rib steak, the Hermano burger and the Jack Daniel's burger. Children are catered for with minced steak from France or breaded fish, served with grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes or fries. Desserts range from fresh goat cheese with berries and Steve Moracchini pastries to Haribo push-pops and ice cream sticks. The restaurant keeps the tone relaxed, but the menu is varied enough to cover a long lunch or a late seaside dinner.
