Mirage à la plage

Mirages à la Plage is organized around a terrace overlooking the sea, with direct access to the beach from the restaurant. This configuration makes it easy to combine lunch, swimming and sunbathing. The link with Le Clos Mirages structures the whole experience, with a coherence between the setting, the offer and the atmosphere.

The Pramousquier beach remains more discreet than other parts of the coastline, with less exposed access and a marked presence of vegetation. This creates a quieter environment, suited to a day by the sea without the crowds.

The place favors a fluid daily rhythm, centered on comfort and continuity between the different areas. During the summer season, musical and themed evenings are organized, extending the use of the site into the evening while maintaining a simple, relaxed atmosphere.

The restaurant

The Mirages à la Plage restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine structured around seafood and more substantial dishes. The menu includes preparations such as fish tartare, octopus carpaccio with citrus fruits, grilled sardines, calamari a la plancha, gambas or filet de loup.

Land-based options include Sisteron lamb shoulder, truffle gnocchi and Angus beef fillet. Desserts round out the offering, with classics like chocolate coulant or rice pudding with salted butter caramel.

The wine selection is largely based on Clos Mirages cuvées, integrated into the overall experience. This continuity between the estate, the table and the beach reinforces the identity of the place and its local roots.
