The restaurant

The restaurant focuses on a broad Mediterranean menu with a few precise signatures. Starters include edamame, pimento del padrón, cucumber salad, Gillardeau oysters number three, fresh vegetables with hummus and tzatziki, grilled octopus salad, burrata with beef heart tomatoes, Greek salad, tuna and avocado tartare, sea bass tacos, fried calamari with Sablettes spicy sauce, Serrano ham with melon, and both pinsa romana and pinsa bianca. Main dishes move between pasta, seafood and grilled meats. The pasta selection includes linguine alle vongole and tagliatelle with fresh truffles. From the sea, guests can choose sea bream fillet, miso-marinated salmon or spicy sautéed mussels, with the fish of the day available on request. From the land, the kitchen offers US Black Angus ribeye, beef burger, roasted coquelets and grilled lamb chops. Desserts stay straightforward, with seasonal fruit tarts, crème brûlée, tiramisu, rum baba, café gourmand with mochis, ice cream scoops, and fruit plates of pineapple or watermelon for a lighter finish.
