The restaurant at Sportbeach serves bistro-style food focused on regional produce and made in-house. The menu includes ceviche, beef tataki, risotto, sea bream fillet, octopus tentacle, prawn linguine, beef burger, Asian salad, and lamb rack, with a straightforward range that works for both lunch and evening service. For private events, menus and cocktails can be adapted by the in-house Master Restaurateur, with a Mediterranean approach that keeps the offer coherent rather than overcomplicated. Drinks include signature cocktails alongside classics such as Mojito, Aperol Spritz, and Caipirinha, which is useful when the day shifts towards the bar.
