After 10 years as Chef Instructor at The Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, Jean-Marc realized his dream of combining his passion for French Cuisine with the commitment to sharing this passion with the world. With that in mind, he opened his own cooking school in 2001 in Lyon. In Spring 2015, he brought his cooking school near Avignon where he continues to offer the opportunity to discover French Cuisine in the charming setting of Provence.
