What we like

- Jean Martin is one of the few companies that candied its own local olives: it therefore uses rare varieties typical of the region (Grossane and Salonenque) to enhance its recipes: tapenade, sweet anchoïade with green olives, aubergine caviar, pissaladière...
- Cooking workshops organised all year round in the boutique's kitchen, led by our chef Yvan Gilardi (registration and information on our website or at the boutique).

Since 1920, the Jean Martin company has always honoured Provençal cuisine, harmoniously combining vegetables from the south and olives from the Vallée des Baux de Provence. Aubergine riste, ratatouille, tapenade... and other great classics are prepared according to traditional recipes, 100% natural, original and refined, always very quick to cook.
We also offer a wide range of beauty, decoration and culinary products from 100% Provencal partners.
