For Edouard Loubet, cooking is a passion to be shared. And this Chef's greatest passion is the wild herbs that he picks in the fields and hills of the Luberon region.
Achillea, rue, savory, hyssop... once he's gathered the wild herbs and selected fruit and vegetables from the hotel's vegetable garden, Edouard Loubet infuses his dishes with his secret ingredients. The programme includes a visit to the vineyards and producers with whom Edouard Loubet has worked for many years. The class finishes with an informal wine-tasting lunch.
