Biochef's cooking classes allow you to learn specific techniques and know-how, discover products. You will also enjoy the meal with the chef.
These cooking classes are organised according to a theme, which can be a specific product, technique or an designed objective; keeping in mind the exclusive use of seasonal and local products (vegetables, meats, crustaceans).
The preparation of an appetizer, a main or two dishes is included.
Example of topics:
- the duck (foie gras, magret, etc ...)
- the cutting of vegetables,
- meat, or fish (how to take care of, cut, prepare, cook etc.) around the zucchini (courgette flower, maki, velvety etc.)
The establishment reserves the right to postpone the cooking course if the reservations at the course have not reached the minimum quota 15 days before the scheduled date.
