Absolutely fabulous property Απολύτως υπέροχο ακίνητο

Could not have found a better place for a girlfrind holiday. Cannot wait to come back and will come back. The Provence Holiday team was extremely helpful in finding restaurants, private chef (fabulous), and cooking class for us.

Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να βρούμε καλύτερο μέρος για διακοπές με κορίτσια. Ανυπομονώ να επιστρέψω και θα ξαναγυρίσω. Η ομάδα Provence Holiday ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετική στην εύρεση εστιατορίων, ιδιωτικού σεφ (υπέροχος) και μαθημάτων μαγειρικής για εμάς.

Wonderful place

This is beautifully situated outside Gordes. You have peace and quiet here and a great view over the Luberon. The standard of the villa is fantastic, it has been recently renovated. The owner takes great care of the guests. A wonderful place for a holiday in the Luberon.

Wonderful house in the heart of St Rémy de Provence

We stayed for 8 weeks in this wonderful four bedroom House in the centre of St Rémy. The house was very well equipped (only negative comment was that more bedroom mirrors would be useful) and any request was quickly dealt with by the owner who is charming and very hands-on. The position of the property - a 4 minute walk into town- was surprisingly quiet and the garden and pool were a tranquil oasis of calm. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice summer house

A perfect house to spend the summer near Mont Ventoux. The garden was lovingly created. Lots of comfortable opportunities to stay in the sun or in the shade at different times of the day. The pool was great- in springtime a little cold . Living outdoors is the motto here. Ideal starting point for tours by motorbike or bicycle.The parking lot in front of the house is spacious. The entry from the street for an SUV with a motocycle trailer - tricky! The reception by Francois was very warm and friendly. He was helpful, always quickly accessible and fixed direct the problems with the heating and the gas stove. The house was clean, the beds were long enough for tall people. The house was comfortably and modern furnished with simple means. The kitchen was ok. We had a wonderful stay in April with great motorbike tours.

The photos helped us to book this place but this day there made us want to come back. And this home is located right off the main road that takes you to Gordes. From the moment you walk in the front gate by the pool, you are immediately consumed by the way picturesque beauty of this place. We know that the place had been recently remodeled, but the upkeep was impeccable, and it felt like we were the first persons to vacation in the home. It was just my husband and I so we never utilize the upstairs bedrooms and bath off of the upstairs family room but we enjoyed movie night upstairs and lots of cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. And they have an extra refrigerator in the laundry room, which makes it wonderful for bigger families. And very quiet and peaceful. We found ourselves sleeping in longer than we normally would. The upstairs primary bedroom face is the lavender field and has beautiful morning light. There’s a restaurant nearby you can walk to for dinner or you can also take a walk up to town. We enjoyed going to all the local villages and did several wine tastings at local vineyards. We can’t wait to come back and bring our friends to have this peaceful and relaxing experience again.

Ήταν μόνο ο σύζυγός μου και εγώ, έτσι δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε ποτέ τα υπνοδωμάτια στον επάνω όροφο και το μπάνιο από το οικογενειακό δωμάτιο στον επάνω όροφο, αλλά απολαύσαμε τη νύχτα ταινίας στον επάνω όροφο και πολλά μαγειρέματα στην πανέμορφη κουζίνα. Και έχουν ένα επιπλέον ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο πλυντηρίου, το οποίο το καθιστά υπέροχο για μεγαλύτερες οικογένειες. Και πολύ ήσυχο και ειρηνικό. Βρήκαμε τους εαυτούς μας να κοιμόμαστε περισσότερο από ό, τι θα κάναμε συνήθως. Η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα του επάνω ορόφου βλέπει προς το πεδίο λεβάντας και έχει όμορφο πρωινό φως. Υπάρχει ένα εστιατόριο κοντά που μπορείτε να περπατήσετε για δείπνο ή μπορείτε επίσης να κάνετε μια βόλτα μέχρι την πόλη. Μας άρεσε να πηγαίνουμε σε όλα τα τοπικά χωριά και κάναμε αρκετές γευσιγνωσίες κρασιού σε τοπικούς αμπελώνες. Ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε και να φέρουμε τους φίλους μας για να ζήσουμε ξανά αυτή την ειρηνική και χαλαρωτική εμπειρία.

Luxuriöse Villa Πολυτελής βίλα

Die Fotos bieten eine gute Beschreibung von dieser luxuriösen Villa. Vom Garten waren wir sogar positiv überrascht. Das Grundstück ist schon gut eingewachsen. Wir können eine Nutzung (auch schon im Frühjahr) empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr professionell: vor Anreise wurde uns auf Anfrage ein (kleiner) Sonderwunsch in Bezug auf die Einrichtung erfüllt. Beinhaltet war auch eine Menge Service vor Ort: es kamen z.B. Gärtener, Leute die den Pool säuberten und zweimal pro Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt. Für unsere Teenager gab es die Möglichkeit, in der Garage Tischtennis zu spielen. Im Umkreis von knapp über einer Stunde Autofahrt kann man sowohl Richtung Küste als auch ins Inland viele schöne Orte erreichen, z.B. auch um dort zu wandern.

Οι φωτογραφίες παρέχουν μια καλή περιγραφή αυτής της πολυτελούς βίλας. Μας εξέπληξε ευχάριστα ακόμη και ο κήπος. Το ακίνητο είναι ήδη καλά καλλιεργημένο. Μπορούμε να συστήσουμε τη χρήση του (ακόμη και την άνοιξη). Η υπηρεσία είναι πολύ επαγγελματική: πριν από την άφιξή μας, ένα (μικρό) ειδικό αίτημα σχετικά με την επίπλωση εκπληρώθηκε κατόπιν αιτήματος. Υπήρχαν επίσης πολλές υπηρεσίες επί τόπου: για παράδειγμα, ήρθαν κηπουροί, άνθρωποι καθάριζαν την πισίνα και το σπίτι καθαριζόταν δύο φορές την εβδομάδα. Οι έφηβοι μας είχαν την ευκαιρία να παίξουν πινγκ πονγκ στο γκαράζ. Σε ακτίνα λίγο πάνω από μία ώρα οδήγησης μπορείτε να φτάσετε σε πολλά όμορφα μέρη τόσο προς την ακτή όσο και προς την ενδοχώρα, π.χ. για πεζοπορία.

Springtime in Provence

Comfortable villa with amazing views over the Luberon. Quiet and Peaceful with lovely outdoor spaces. No air conditioning, but not a problem in April. We would stay again.

Wunderschönes Anwesen für zwei Familien Όμορφο ακίνητο για δύο οικογένειες

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Osterurlaub in Saint-Remy gemeinsam mit zwei Familien und Großeltern. Das Haus ist in einem top-Zustand, alle Zimmer sind sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben einen Bezug zur Eigentümerfamilie. Die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet, so dass auch kulinarisch nichts gefehlt hat. Das Anwesen ist riesig, sehr schön und großzügig angelegt und der große Pool wäre sicher ein Highlight gewesen, es war jedoch noch etwas zu kalt zum beheizen (ist auch vollkommen in Ordnung). Saint-Remy ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert, so dass wir den Urlaub sehr genossen haben. Dazu hat auch Angéline beigetragen, die uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Einfach empfehlenswert.

Περάσαμε υπέροχες πασχαλινές διακοπές στο Saint-Remy μαζί με δύο οικογένειες και παππούδες και γιαγιάδες. Το σπίτι είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση, όλα τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ξεχωριστά και όμορφα επιπλωμένα και έχουν σχέση με την οικογένεια του ιδιοκτήτη. Η κουζίνα είναι φανταστικά εξοπλισμένη, έτσι ώστε να μην λείπει τίποτα από μαγειρική άποψη. Το ακίνητο είναι τεράστιο, όμορφα και γενναιόδωρα διαμορφωμένο και η μεγάλη πισίνα θα ήταν σίγουρα ένα σημείο αναφοράς, αλλά ήταν ακόμα λίγο πολύ κρύο για να τη θερμάνουμε (κάτι που είναι απολύτως εντάξει). Το Saint-Remy αξίζει πάντα μια επίσκεψη ούτως ή άλλως, οπότε απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τις διακοπές μας. Σε αυτό συνέβαλε και η Angéline, η οποία ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για να απαντήσει στις ερωτήσεις μας. Απλά συνιστώμενη.

Mas des Thyms was a well appointed house with every possible amenity making for a comfortable and memorable stay in Maussane Les Alpilles. Well situated for exploring the area and the lovely village with great restaurants and cafes! It was a magical week. Thank you Provence Holidays and Sonia.

Wonderful home with an terrific walk to town location, Too early in the season to use the pool, but plenty of excursions to keep us busy. Great vacation.

Beauty and Tranquility in a Charming Provençal Village

The house is perfect in every way: the quiet, the privacy, beautiful décor, spacious kitchen, the great outdoor space, all the bedrooms and bathrooms that one could need, the large windows on the main floor which allow a view of the beautiful garden throughout, and more – including the ability to walk to the little shops in the village center. We have stayed in a number of rental properties during our world travels, and this is certainly the best! We appreciate all that the owners have done to create this most amazing space, with attention to detail, immaculately maintained, and professionally managed.

House exceeded all expectations!

We loved having Mas des Thyms as our home base. Extremely well appointed, extra supplies (coffee, paper towels, dish & laundrey, etc) provided so we didn't have to run out for necessaries right away. Sonia who met us was extremely accomodating and delightful, as was the home office personnel. House extremely comfortable and great view. We played bouls on the court and soccer on the lawn (balls provided) and checked out the livestock nearby. Great comfortable home.

Review

The family house is well cared for. There was a problem with the heating in one of the rooms but the owner provided us with portable heaters. There was the service of a Conceirge available. She was very helpful. My husband was unwell and as it was Sunday she made some paracetamol available for us to be picked up from one of the local Bars. Her hospitality was only spoiled by her expression of annoyance because she could not locate the house keys easily which we thought we had left in an obvious place by the doorway. So a bit of a spoiler in an otherwise wonderful experience.
