For those seeking peace and isolation it is the perfect retreat

We absolutely fell in love with this place and location! Set in the heart of the Luberon, at 500 meters in the hills, for those seeking peace and isolation it is the perfect retreat. It has landscaped gardens with a lovely swimming pool. The house has been carefully designed with a contemporary feel that works well with the surroundings and with lavish interior design. Excellent internet and home furnishings to satisfy every need and make you feel at home. The owner and housekeeper are always available to help sort out practicalities at any time. Stock up at a big super market before arrival as local shopping is limited. 2 huge fridges(including ice maker) and freezer available to store everything. We have been looking for a place like this for many years and will definitely be back next year

Très beau mas Όμορφη αγροικία

Très beau Mas, très très bien équipé… Tout est merveilleusement organisé pour un séjour idyllique. Nous avons adoré le jardin avec ses fleurs à profusion et les options de la maison en fonction du temps : il a plu un peu et cela n’a pas été gênant car les 2 deux terrasses sont couvertes avec une plancha efficace et un barbecue pour varier les plaisirs. Magnifique maison, très grande et très spacieuse où nous avons pu apprécier la douceur de vie provençale. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour un séjour plus long.

Πολύ όμορφη Mas, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη... Όλα είναι υπέροχα οργανωμένα για μια ειδυλλιακή διαμονή. Μας άρεσε ο κήπος με την αφθονία των λουλουδιών και οι επιλογές που υπάρχουν στο σπίτι ανάλογα με τον καιρό: έβρεξε λίγο, αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν πρόβλημα, καθώς οι 2 βεράντες είναι καλυμμένες με μια αποτελεσματική plancha και ένα μπάρμπεκιου για να ποικίλουν οι απολαύσεις. Υπέροχο σπίτι, πολύ μεγάλο και πολύ ευρύχωρο, όπου μπορέσαμε να εκτιμήσουμε τον τρόπο ζωής της Προβηγκίας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε για μεγαλύτερη διαμονή.

Top flight high standard villa in a great location

Mas de Fontblanche was excellent. The house and pool are at the highest standard, including quality of a/c, plumbing, kitchen, tv, furniture. The landlord is very hands-on and considerate in the best way in terms of being helpful and maintaining cleanliness, function, local advice. The location is terrific for visiting towns around Gordes.

Beautiful home in lovely location close to wonderful French town

We couldn’t have asked for a better villa and location for our holiday. We travelled with our two young children for a week, the house has all amenities and it beautifully presented. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The house is a 5 minute walk from a charming town with lots of restaurants, bakery, butchers etc. we visited the local market on Thursday which was full of lovely french produce.

Amazing!

This is an amazing villa which delivered on every level and more! Very stylish interiors, comfortable bedrooms and living spaces indoors and outdoors, a superb kitchen with every imaginable cooking utensil, a lovely good-sized pool and and beautifully-planted outdoors area all made our stay utterly enjoyable. Maintenance is of a very high standard and our house-manager Alexandra was highly professional and responsive and made arrival and departure so easy and pleasant. The area is wonderful too, with so much to see and do within an hour’s drive. Two things to note: one bedroom does not have an en-suite WC, it is located away from the bedroom; the small study contains a small single bed for an extra occupant.

Beautiful home and beautiful view of the ocean and nature. Also very easy to get to the beach and real Nespresso coffee was a plus. Thank you for sharing a local wine and investing in the entrepreneurship of the area! Jonathan was very responsive to all our inquiries and there at the beginning and the end. We stayed in a beautiful house on a beautiful property

We stayed in a beautiful house on a beautiful property, and on the whole everything was fabulous! My only suggestion is that the hosts warn you ahead of time that you need to bring your own towels and cleaning supplies (including trash bags) - as we were traveling from abroad, we did not know this and were blindsided. We would have happily paid an extra fee to cover these items at the house - but it caused quite a stress the first day we were there. Also, they misadvertised the airconditioning - it was only working in one room when we arrived - thankfully, it was not too hot, but it would have been unbearable to sleep there in July as there are also no fans in the rooms. Otherwise, the house was fabulous, we loved it and would go back.

A true French home in an ideal location

Our group of 16 were very comfortable and enjoyed all the house had to offer. The shady garden with its lovely pool was very welcome in the hot weather and having dinner outside on the terrace each evening was a delight. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the shops and bars in the village, a treat not to need the car all the time. However, the location was ideal for venturing further to so many places of interest and within reach of good walking.

Lovely property in superb setting

Nestled amongst 3000 olive trees, this villa, along with its garden and swimming pool, is a dream come true. The lovely hosts supplied us with wonderful olive oil and fruit from their orchard. The property is less than 1 km from the veloroute and Robion, with its petits commerces and non-commercialized old village. The only slight improvement overall would be to heat the pool a bit more generously, as the cool nights take all warmth from the water.

A country Haven in Provence Ένα εξοχικό καταφύγιο στην Προβηγκία

The villa is beautiful especially the outdoor space it is a comfortable 30 minutes walking distance from Menerbes and 10-20 minutes from Gordes Lourmarin etc . Excellent Location, spotlessly clean, very spacious, had all amenities required fabulous pool area . Great bedrooms and bathrooms no air conditioning but the house is constructed to be cool. Great courtyard and a number of rooms open out to it. I have to give a special mention to Emilie who was our house manager, we had bad weather initially and she always answered the phone no matter what the query was and is an extremely pleasant and competent person who handled everything efficiently. Our mid week clean was excellent. Also all the staff and provence holidays were extremely helpful and pleasant from booking to concierge. All of their recommendations were successful. We would return and we would use Provence holidays again.

Η βίλα είναι όμορφη ειδικά ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι άνετα 30 λεπτά με τα πόδια από Menerbes και 10-20 λεπτά από Gordes Lourmarin κλπ. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πεντακάθαρη, πολύ ευρύχωρη, είχε όλες τις απαιτούμενες ανέσεις υπέροχη περιοχή της πισίνας . Μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνια δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός αλλά το σπίτι είναι κατασκευασμένο για να είναι δροσερό. Μεγάλη αυλή και μια σειρά από δωμάτια ανοίγουν σε αυτό. Πρέπει να κάνω ειδική μνεία στην Emilie που ήταν η διαχειρίστρια του σπιτιού μας, είχαμε κακοκαιρία αρχικά και πάντα απαντούσε στο τηλέφωνο όποιο και αν ήταν το ερώτημα και είναι ένα εξαιρετικά ευχάριστο και ικανό άτομο που χειρίστηκε τα πάντα αποτελεσματικά. Ο καθαρισμός μας στα μέσα της εβδομάδας ήταν εξαιρετικός. Επίσης, όλο το προσωπικό και οι διακοπές της Προβηγκίας ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικό και ευχάριστο από την κράτηση μέχρι τον θυρωρό. Όλες οι συστάσεις τους ήταν επιτυχείς. Θα επιστρέψουμε και θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε ξανά την Provence holidays.

Breathtaking property Ακίνητο που κόβει την ανάσα

I'm not one to usually write a review. If you want to experience Provence in style and charm, this property would not come highly recommended enough. From the introduction to the property by management, the flow and way the property works, modern inside whilst keeping the style and theme of Provencial living, with exquisite decor and interior design, immaculately kept inside and out. The various areas of the property are amazing and exceeded our expectations including wonderful outdoor terraces for family meals, front court yard for quiet reading and writing, spacious bedrooms, pool and BBQ area and olive groves in the garden. It was all exquisite and top notch. The photos that we took don't do it justice. The landscaping and attention to detail and gardens is great. Great for large families or small ones (we have 3 young kids) and wish we had brought family and friends to share the experience with us. But it also did not feel surplus to our needs. Very comfortable for us as a discerning professional family who like quality. But the best thing about our experience was enjoying the proximity to all that the Luberon has to offer. The views were breathtaking including on the balcony off the master bedroom. The way the light hits the valley below is something special. It was restful and professionally operated. Spend your money here. It is worth it!

Συνήθως δεν γράφω κριτικές. Αν θέλετε να ζήσετε την εμπειρία της Προβηγκίας με στυλ και γοητεία, αυτό το ακίνητο δεν θα μπορούσε να συστηθεί αρκετά. Από την εισαγωγή στην ιδιοκτησία από τη διαχείριση, τη ροή και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο λειτουργεί η ιδιοκτησία, σύγχρονο εσωτερικό, διατηρώντας παράλληλα το στυλ και το θέμα της ζωής της Προβηγκίας, με εξαιρετική διακόσμηση και εσωτερικό σχεδιασμό, άψογα διατηρημένο μέσα και έξω. Οι διάφοροι χώροι του ακινήτου είναι καταπληκτικοί και ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των υπέροχων εξωτερικών βεραντών για οικογενειακά γεύματα, της μπροστινής αυλής για ήσυχο διάβασμα και γράψιμο, των ευρύχωρων υπνοδωματίων, της πισίνας και του χώρου μπάρμπεκιου και των ελαιώνων στον κήπο. Ήταν όλα εξαίσια και κορυφαία. Οι φωτογραφίες που τραβήξαμε δεν το δικαιώνουν. Η διαμόρφωση του τοπίου και η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και τους κήπους είναι εξαιρετική. Ιδανικό για μεγάλες ή μικρές οικογένειες (έχουμε 3 μικρά παιδιά) και ευχόμαστε να είχαμε φέρει οικογένεια και φίλους για να μοιραστούν την εμπειρία μαζί μας. Αλλά επίσης δεν αισθάνθηκε πλεόνασμα για τις ανάγκες μας. Πολύ άνετο για εμάς ως απαιτητική επαγγελματική οικογένεια που μας αρέσει η ποιότητα. Αλλά το καλύτερο πράγμα στην εμπειρία μας ήταν να απολαύσουμε την εγγύτητα σε όλα όσα έχει να προσφέρει το Luberon. Η θέα έκοβε την ανάσα, μεταξύ άλλων και από το μπαλκόνι της κύριας κρεβατοκάμαρας. Ο τρόπος με τον οποίο το φως χτυπάει την κοιλάδα από κάτω είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Ήταν ξεκούραστο και λειτουργούσε επαγγελματικά. Ξοδέψτε τα χρήματά σας εδώ. Αξίζει τον κόπο!

Beautiful grounds and French bastide Πανέμορφοι χώροι και γαλλική παμπάλαια

We were very pleased to revisit this traditional french house with friends and our grandchildren after postponement due to covid. We believe we were the first group in so a few hitches with pool alarm and losing power during a storm. Help from the family and particularly Simon, with local knowledge, sorted these things out. This house is so charming and housed us so well, it is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need (although some more cups would have been nice) and we cooked in quite a lot as we were such a large group. For me the highlight is the gardens, if only you could bottle the beautiful aromas that you smell as you open the shutters in the morning, jasmine, honeysuckle and mature trees, olive and lombardy poplar or cypress? providing shade and perfume. Fabulous pool, well looked after by the pool lady who visited on Tuesday. Lots of tables to chose from outside for your morning coffee. We walked into St Didier easily and some of us walked up to Venasque, its a bit of a hike up, but we had a lovely lunch in one of the village restaurants afterwards overlooking the stunning view across to the hills.

Ήμασταν πολύ ευχαριστημένοι που επισκεφθήκαμε ξανά αυτό το παραδοσιακό γαλλικό σπίτι με φίλους και τα εγγόνια μας μετά από αναβολή λόγω του βοριά. Πιστεύουμε ότι ήμασταν η πρώτη ομάδα σε τόσο λίγα προβλήματα με τον συναγερμό της πισίνας και την απώλεια ρεύματος κατά τη διάρκεια μιας καταιγίδας. Η βοήθεια της οικογένειας και ιδιαίτερα του Simon, με τις τοπικές γνώσεις, διευθέτησε αυτά τα πράγματα. Αυτό το σπίτι είναι τόσο γοητευτικό και μας φιλοξένησε τόσο καλά, είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο. Η κουζίνα έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε (αν και μερικά περισσότερα φλιτζάνια θα ήταν ωραία) και μαγειρέψαμε αρκετά, καθώς ήμασταν τόσο μεγάλη ομάδα. Για μένα το αποκορύφωμα είναι οι κήποι, μακάρι να μπορούσατε να εμφιαλώσετε τα όμορφα αρώματα που μυρίζετε καθώς ανοίγετε τα παντζούρια το πρωί, γιασεμί, αγιόκλημα και ώριμα δέντρα, ελιές και λεύκες ή κυπαρίσσια της Λομβαρδίας; που προσφέρουν σκιά και άρωμα. Υπέροχη πισίνα, καλά φροντισμένη από την κυρία της πισίνας που επισκέφθηκε την Τρίτη. Πολλά τραπέζια για να διαλέξετε έξω για τον πρωινό σας καφέ. Περπατήσαμε στο St Didier εύκολα και μερικοί από εμάς περπατήσαμε μέχρι το Venasque, είναι λίγο πεζοπορία, αλλά είχαμε ένα υπέροχο γεύμα σε ένα από τα εστιατόρια του χωριού μετά με θέα την εκπληκτική θέα στους λόφους.

Perfect villa for family vacation!

I am so happy to leave a glowing review for this villa! We stayed for two weeks in late May and early June with family and friends and had a wonderful time. The home is beautifully appointed with every convenience you could want, and the outdoor living and pool area were a beautiful extension of the home. We were able to take easy day trips and also cook together in the evenings. I cannot think of a single thing we did not enjoy. The Concierge service was so helpful and delivered groceries and wine that were in place when we arrived. Any questions were answered promptly by Provence Holidays and by Carine, our property manager. We made memories for a lifetime!
