beautiful villa with stunning vieuw. Very nice pool;

We enjoyed our stay in maison Viens and would recommend it to others.

Excellent, personalised, professional and caring service

Can't praise Provence holidays highly enough. Booking was speedy, staff honest and informative and we got the villa we wanted with the minimum of fuss. Unfortunately the new Government travel warnings re. Covid meant we had to cancel and we were absolutely stunned by the way Provence holidays, in particular Simon, dealt with the problem. They were fast, professional and very considerate. The money was refunded with no fuss and I would hundred percent travel with them next year, in fact we're looking into booking the Villa we had to cancel now. Outstanding.

Sadly had to cancel

Due to government guidelines we had to cancel our trip. I sent an email on the Friday advising this and had my money returned on the Monday. I am still fighting with other companies to get money back from holidays cancelled in April. I would recommend anyone to book with confidence with Provence holidays and am just v sad that we could not go. House looked so beautiful.

Great customer experience Fantastisk kundeoplevelse

Sadly we were forced to cancel our Provence holiday this year due to Foreign Office guidelines and covid restrictions but Simon at Provence Villas kindly offered us many options including a full refund and rebooking our holiday. He personally called to take me through the options available to us. We decided to rebook the villa for summer 2021 and would highly recommend Simon and his team at Provence Villas. Excellent service + an unbeatable choice of villas in the Provence region.

Fremragende ophold. Fantastisk natur og meget fredelig beliggenhed. Meget behagelig villa, smagfuldt indrettet. Meget veludstyret. Ikke let at finde adgangsvejen første gang. Spørg efter opvarmning af poolen. Afslutningsvis: en meget god reference uden overraskelser.

Service impeccable Fremragende service

Very good service and full refund as promised, highly recommend

Unfortunately we didn't get to our beautiful villa in Provence thanks to Coronavirus, but Simon and his team were very helpful during the booking process and then brilliant at handling the cancellation and swift refund. We booked only a month before we were due to travel and only did so because we felt confident in Provence holidays promise of a refund should travel be restricted. They absolutely delivered on their promise to refund and I wouldn't hesitate to rebook with Provence Holidays in the future. We hope we will be able to make it to La Maison de Joucas next year!

Good company to deal with.

Sadly the UK government introduced quarantine restrictions just a week before we were due to holiday in France. To my surprise and delight Simon refunded our holiday cost in full without fuss or complaint, unlike British Airways who only gave me a voucher. We will for sure be booking up again soon with Simon at Provence Holidays and recommending his company to our friends. Thank you and hoping to holiday in Provence in 2021 and hopefully at the same property as it promised so much.

Stunning Villa with an incredible view

Villa Californienne is a great place to enjoy the lively Cavalaire by close and still be able to relax in silence. With only a 15 / 20 minutes walk you are at the promenade or centre to spend your day or evening. But when you're in Villa Californienne you forget you're that close. The photo's don't lie, the Villa is very beautiful, also the view it offers you. Kitchen is very well equiped. We took the service for house keeping. This was really good. Two times they came around and freshened the house and also changed the sheets one time. It really is a great place to choose for a holiday!

Mooie ligging

Mooi, goed onderhouden huis.

Provence Holidays Refund Your Money

We had to cancel our holiday in Provence the day before we were due to go. The reason - France was removed from the list of Covid safe countries. Provence Holidays were just as disappointed as we were (perhaps not quite). But we got our promised full refund within days. Well done Provence Holidays. You did what you said you would do.

Stunning villa in absolutely beautiful surroundings

The villa is truly stunning - modern, clean, well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic pool, and genuinely breathtaking surroundings, with a direct view down the vines which is equally captivating for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The pictures genuinely do the villa justice, and it is just as beautiful in real life. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to return and to recommend to others. The owners were friendly and helpful while completely unobtrusive, and Provence Holidays were unbelievably helpful, given the turmoil they were experiencing from the Covid pandemic.
