Magnifique villa spacieuse autant en intérieur (pièces communes &chambres) qu’en extérieur (lieu à vivre autour de la piscine, salon de jardin, grande table extérieure pour déjeuner), tres bien équipée (notamment clim dans toutes les pièces) et extrêmement bien décorée d’œuvres d’art de très bon goût. L’hôte est très réactif et plein de bons conseils. Un bonheur !

فيلا رائعة، فسيحة من الداخل (الغرف المشتركة وغرف النوم) ومن الخارج (منطقة معيشة حول المسبح وأثاث الحديقة وطاولة خارجية كبيرة لتناول الغداء)، ومجهزة تجهيزاً جيداً (بما في ذلك تكييف الهواء في جميع الغرف) ومزينة بشكل جيد للغاية مع أعمال فنية رائعة. كان المضيف متجاوباً للغاية ومليئاً بالنصائح الجيدة. يا لها من متعة!

Beautiful Villa in a prime location

Chloe was an excellent host and the villa was beautifully presented. The area around the pool was lovely making it hard to drag ourselves away but the nearby villages including Remy de Provence are wonderful and we also enjoyed visiting Avignon and Arles which are close by. We also enjoyed being able to walk into the local village for bread and provisions aswell as the fantastic local restaurants ( Eidra and Auberge de Sommelier).

Un aménagement des lieux avec des finitions de très belles qualités que l'on ne rencontre généralement pas dans les locations. Cette propriété profite d'une vue exceptionnelle. La villa est un très bel équilibre entre une construction traditionnelle de la région et une villa moderne qui profite notamment de belle baies vitrées. Le confort est omniprésent. L'emplacement est idéal, proche d'une épicerie à Viens 5 min., suffisamment proche d'Apt pour les courses 15 min plus importantes. De nombreuses activités/restaurants/visites dans la région. Merci pour ces bons moments !

تم تجهيز العقار على مستوى عالٍ جداً، مع تشطيبات لا توجد عادةً في العقارات المؤجرة. يتمتع هذا العقار بإطلالات استثنائية. تحقق الفيلا توازناً رائعاً بين البناء التقليدي من المنطقة والفيلا الحديثة ذات النوافذ الكبيرة الجميلة. الراحة في كل مكان. الموقع مثالي، قريب من محل بقالة في فينس على بعد 5 دقائق، وقريب من أبت للتسوق على بعد 15 دقيقة أكثر أهمية. العديد من الأنشطة/المطاعم/الزيارات في المنطقة. شكراً لك على الوقت الرائع!

It is even more lovely than in the photos

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It is even more lovely than in the photos - and the photos are gorgeous. They have thought of every luxury, large and small. The home is appointed beautifully, in every detail. The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked perfectly. Their welcome baskets were so gracious. Plus, it is just a very short walk to the center of town so I cannot imagine more convenience. We would absolutely look forward to staying here again and again!

La plus belle villa avec une vue incroyable sur Sainte Maxime ! Nous sommes restés une semaine et ne voulions pas partir ! Emma a un grand style et la villa est très bien aménagée. Nous avons adoré la piscine et l'espace repas extérieur. Beaucoup d'espace pour une grande famille. Les couchers de soleil étaient spectaculaires chaque soir. Nous nous rendions chaque jour dans différentes villes en voiture car nous voulions voir la Riviera. Bel emplacement central dans différentes villes. Merci Emma et Coralie !

أجمل فيلا مع إطلالة رائعة على سانت ماكسيم! أقمنا لمدة أسبوع ولم نرغب في المغادرة! تتمتع إيما بأسلوب رائع والفيلا مجهزة بشكل جيد للغاية. أحببنا المسبح ومنطقة تناول الطعام في الهواء الطلق. مساحة كبيرة لعائلة كبيرة. كان غروب الشمس مذهلاً كل مساء. سافرنا إلى مدن مختلفة كل يوم لأننا أردنا رؤية الريفيرا. موقع مركزي لطيف في مدن مختلفة. شكراً لكما إيما وكورالي!

fantastic being able to walk in to town

Lovely property. Great location. We really appreciated being able to walk to restaurants. Kitchen very well stocked. We were a bit disappointed that only six loungers were provided when the house is being rented for eight people. The loungers were also not very comfortable. Karen, the manager, was very welcoming and provided very helpful information.

Belle villa fonctionnelle et de plus bien adaptée aux enfants. Belle réactivité des propriétaires en cas de demande spécifique. Seul inconvénient: premiers commerces un peu loin, d'où nécessité de tout bien programmer....

فيلا جميلة وعملية ومناسبة للأطفال أيضاً. المالكون متجاوبون جداً مع الطلبات المحددة. الجانب السلبي الوحيد: المحلات التجارية الأولى بعيدة بعض الشيء، لذلك كل شيء يحتاج إلى تخطيط جيد....

Perfect Holiday

If you want to stay in a true Provencal house then this is the place. The villa has all the comforts you require with good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. The garden is large and fabulous for small children, swings etc and the pool is fenced and gated. The eating areas outside are perfect. The owner Vincent is very helpful and easily contactable. Would definitely recommend for the perfect holiday.

The Villa surpassed our expectations and was more beautiful and spectacular than in the advertised photographs. It is sprawling , a beautiful stone villa with lovely appropriate furnishings and amenities with a particularly large and useful kitchen. The pool provided a lot of fun for all the adults and the terrace with beautiful sunset views on the mountains was where we ate all our meals. The lighting around the villa was so pretty as well. There is a table tennis with bats and we spent some hot active hours playing table tennis. The surrounding shrubs and countryside add to the beauty, difference and peace.

لقد فاقت الفيلا توقعاتنا وكانت أجمل وأروع مما هو موجود في الصور المُعلن عنها. إنها مترامية الأطراف، وهي فيلا حجرية جميلة ذات أثاث مناسب جميل ووسائل راحة مع مطبخ كبير ومفيد بشكل خاص. كان المسبح يوفر الكثير من المتعة لجميع البالغين وكان التراس الذي يطل على مناظر جميلة لغروب الشمس على الجبال هو المكان الذي تناولنا فيه جميع وجباتنا. كانت الإضاءة حول الفيلا جميلة جداً أيضاً. يوجد تنس الطاولة مع مضارب وقضينا بعض الساعات الحارة النشطة في لعب تنس الطاولة. تضيف الشجيرات المحيطة والريف المحيط جمالاً واختلافاً وسلاماً. لقد أحببنا المكان هنا .

Fantastic family holiday soon to be repeated!

Beautiful house furnished with a good sense of interior design, a very neat and spacious garden, nice outside sitting area with a big table for having all the meals outside. Very refreshing pool that's big enough to hang out and relax (not so much for swimming). Boccia field with flood lights on the premises for competitions at all times. The kitchen ist big enough but could have been better equipped for cooking larger meals for our group of six. Unfortunately the dishwasher did no work very well, which made it harder to wash the dishes properly. There was a fully functional gas grill for having barbecues on the patio, which was nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. All in all, we had a really relaxing and nice holiday at Villa Joucas and could definitely imagine coming back one day.

A perfect, perfect holiday

We were so sad to leave at the end of our stay. The location was idyllic, the farmhouse was perfect, the villages were beautiful. A holiday we will never forget.

This is a really beautiful house with a gorgeous view and great outdoor area and pool.

The view and peace and quiet are second to none. I highly recommend.

A wonderful trip رحلة رائعة

The house was absolutely perfect. It's a gorgeous, well-maintained place and is big enough for four families (at least). Mathilde, the daily house cleaner, and Johann, the grounds keeper/manager, were very professional, easy to talk to, and provided helpful recommendations about the Uzes market, various restaurants, and other nearby attractions. One thing to note: The WiFi connection is NOT fast. So if you are working while on vacation, be aware that the home is gorgeous and relaxing - but it's not conducive to downloading and uploading large files. The house was very, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and kitchen are air-conditioned, but other common spaces are not. We spent most of our time outside anyway, but it was nice to have a cool bedroom for sleeping at night. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of space for food, a huge commercial-grade oven, and serving pieces for at least 15 people (which was the number of people in our group.) The pool area was perfect as well, and we spent lots of time under the large trees near the front door of the property. A cool breeze and comfortable seating provided a beautiful backdrop for our wine and cheese before dinner each night. Johann was on time for our check-in, and very thorough with our check-out process. Provence Holiday checked in on us via phone and email during the week but we were so busy having fun that I didn't get a chance to call them back!

كان المنزل مثالياً تماماً. إنه مكان رائع ومُعتنى به جيداً ويتسع لأربع عائلات (على الأقل). كانت ماتيلد، عاملة النظافة اليومية للمنزل، ويوهان، حارس/مدير الحديقة، محترفين للغاية ويسهل التحدث إليهما وقدما توصيات مفيدة حول سوق أوزيس ومختلف المطاعم وغيرها من مناطق الجذب القريبة. شيء واحد يجب ملاحظته: اتصال الواي فاي ليس سريعاً. لذا إذا كنت تعمل أثناء إجازتك، اعلم أن المنزل رائع ومريح - ولكنه لا يساعد على تنزيل وتحميل الملفات الكبيرة. كان المنزل نظيفاً جداً جداً ومريحاً. غرف النوم والمطبخ مكيفة، ولكن الأماكن المشتركة الأخرى ليست كذلك. لقد قضينا معظم وقتنا في الخارج على أي حال، ولكن كان من الجيد وجود غرفة نوم باردة للنوم ليلاً. المطبخ مجهز جيداً وبه مساحة كبيرة للطعام، وفرن ضخم من الدرجة التجارية، وقطع تقديم الطعام تكفي لـ 15 شخصاً على الأقل (وهو عدد الأشخاص في مجموعتنا). كانت منطقة حوض السباحة مثالية أيضاً، وقضينا الكثير من الوقت تحت الأشجار الكبيرة بالقرب من الباب الأمامي للمنشأة. كان النسيم العليل والجلوس المريح يوفران خلفية جميلة لتناول النبيذ والجبن قبل العشاء كل ليلة. كان يوهان في الموعد المحدد لتسجيل وصولنا، وكان دقيقاً للغاية في عملية تسجيل المغادرة. قامت شركة بروفانس هوليداي بالاطمئنان علينا عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني خلال الأسبوع، ولكننا كنا مشغولين للغاية لدرجة أنني لم أحصل على فرصة لمعاودة الاتصال بهم!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour a la Bergerie de Beaumes. Nathalie et Bruno sont des hôtes extraordinaires, et nous nous sommes sentis bien. La région est belle avec beaucoup de divertissements intéressants. Nous espérons revenir bientôt. Merci encore pour tout!

Wonderful

The villa was wonderful. It provided a perfect holiday for 3 generations of family. The Provence holidays staff was wonderful and the staff at the villa were great xceptional

Magnifique séjour

Superbe villa, piscine très agréable! Les commerces de proximité sont nombreux et de très bonne qualité. Proche du centre ville et non loin de la mer (compter 30 min en voiture). Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Nous recommandons fortement!

A wonderful week in Provence!

This is a lovely, stylish, well-equipped villa, all on one level (there is a small mezzanine off the master bedroom for a baby room) all with good air-con and a great kitchen/living area. The mattresses are very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The pool is set in a lovely shady spot surrounded by trees There are various areas to sit and enjoy coffee, lunch, aperitifs depending on the shade and heat of the day. The BBQ could do with upgrading (probably a bit bigger if you are more than 3 people) but otherwise everything you could need was provided, including salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, shower gel, dishwasher tabs and all those things it’s a pain to buy if only staying for a week. Yann, thé garden/pool chap was lovely and Sandrine was also very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful time here, exploring the area on our bikes and relaxing by the pool. Gordes is too far to walk in the heat but we had no trouble driving up and parking to pop into the little local shop or one of the many cafes. We will definitely return!!

We had the most glorious week. We have stayed in the area a few times, however this was to us the best location, Villa and kitchen! That we have ever rented. Benoît who looks after the house could not have been more helpful with anything we needed to finding a local taxi ( at not ridiculous cost) to take someone to the airport. We will definitely return Our family are in their late twenties
