The discovery trail of the cedar forest invites you to visit a site remarkable for its location on the ridges of the Luberon and composed of a 150 year old cedar, oak groves, lawns and Mediterranean garrigues.
You will contemplate the magnificent viewpoint at the Portalas lookout, dominating the lower valley of the Durance.

The trail was made with more than 60 m3 of wood from the cedar forest, exploited as part of the management of the forest by the NFB and transformed by local companies.
This project, in addition to its accessibility, makes it possible to highlight the natural heritage of Vaucluse and to make everyone discover the richness and beauty of its biodiversity, especially thanks to five educational and play areas located along the route.
