The Mas des Arômes is located in the largest orchard of Provence. We do not have a menu "type", our meals are made according to the seasonal products that we find in our markets of Provence, not forgetting that we will establish our menu taking into account the tastes and intolerances of each of our guests. Each product has been selected with the greatest care and comes mainly from producers in the region.
Each season brings us its pleasures to animate our table; Pissaladière, ratatouille, pasta with pistou, tian of vegetables, sweet taste of melon or tomato sprinkled with garden basil, Provençal daube, roasted with sage, planchas of prawns, salmon, sea bream, red mullet fillets or even holy nuts Jacques, the love of the right product and the pleasure of sharing and conviviality.
Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise, or Côtes du Ventoux are a la carte, such as pleasure, seduction and discovery.
Our table d'hôtes is composed of a unique menu including appetizer, starter, dish, vegetables, cheese and dessert (wine in supplement) - We take into account food intolerances provided we notify you when Of the reservation.
It is open only in the evening and is organized between 2 and 3 evenings a week (never 2 consecutive evenings and very rarely on Sundays). Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. For reasons of conviviality and organization, it can only be trained with a minimum of 4 adults.
