Yvan Cadiou


Yvan’s welcome his guest for 4 to 5 hours, during a lunch or dinner session .
A small group is the ideal opportunity to cook in a relaxed atmosphere,from 2 to 6 persons at one time .

Yvan entertains larger groups,up to 16 persons, in a show situation, asking the guest to help as he progresses in his preparations of the lunch to be shared in the workshop or outside, in the garden under the sycamores.

Yvan is a born showman thriving to make his cooking class,more than a learning moment .
It is above all conceived to share a good time, while preparing a meal in Provence,with Yvan as your host!

ALL OUR COOKING CLASS ARE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER THE GREAT WINES FROM THIS REGION : all workshop include the discovery of chateauneuf du pape,rasteau and tavel wines,our favourites !
Yvan Cadiou is a great fan of chateauneuf du pape, above all wines.
In summer days, his favourite rosé wine to celebrate a relaxed celebration of cooking together, served chilled, is tavel.

The highlight of the meal shared together is the discovery of CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE WINE.

For desert, especially chocolate, nothing better than a glass of RASTEAU SWEET WINE.
